The home has a living room, family room, a formal dining area, and a breakfast nook. The family room has a 65-inch TV, a Dolby-Digital System and a Bluray-player. Extended Cable-TV is also provided. The villa has also a highspeed broadband internet-connection with a Wifi provided. Big 9-foot by 40-foot, covered lanai with extended pool-deck including a barbecue grill. The fourteen-foot by 30-foot pool with spa overlooks the lake. Make sure you arrange to have the spa heated, in advance (for an additional fee). Community description: Clear Creek rental home community is a delightful quiet community conveniently located one- and one-half miles north of US Highway 192 and just off Highway 27, the commute time to Walt Disney World is only 10 minutes. There is a shopping plaza located at the entrance of the community, which includes a supermarket, bank, post office, pharmacy, dentist, petrol station, dry cleaner, hairdresser and takeaway pizza (with free delivery). There is also a Wal-Mart and Lowe’s that is just south at Cagan’s Crossing and restaurants across the Highway in a newly constructed strip mall.
